    Sustainability-Innovators-Newsletter-Header-03

    Dear Friend,

Welcome to the April Issue of Larta Institute's Sustainability Innovators Monthly Newsletter!

Happy Earth Month! It’s been a busy month at Larta: we hosted our second LA Climate Week event in collaboration with the Collidescope Foundation and World Within, wrapped up recruitment for our Heal.LA and Venture Fellows programs (stay tuned for cohort announcements!), joined multiple partner events across Los Angeles, and even squeezed in a tour of Avenue 33 Farm. Scroll down for a snapshot of all the fun!

Celebrating the Earth: Touring Avenue 33 Farm

In honor of Earth Month, the team visited Avenue 33 Farm, a vibrant urban farm in the heart of LA dedicated to making nutritious food accessible to all. We toured the space with founder Eric Tomassini, got our hands dirty planting seeds, tending the nursery, and even picked up some composting tips along the way! See more here.
